Hey David, Your book " art of Character designs" with the giraffe on front, is great. I picked it up about 6 months ago from the labrinyth in Toronto. Read it instantly. Then made a trip to the zoo last week, and read it befor going to draw. It feels like just reading the book gave me a better understanding of drawing animals. I love the section on creating a back story. You always here of people doing that while sketching humnans, or developing characters for film, but I never personaly thought of that while studying animals. Hence why your animals have so many characteristics and personailty in them. Anyways just wanted to thank you for such an awesome book, I hope I have the chance to meet you this year at CTN, are you attending? Thanks -Trent
