just some small quick story color comps from awhile back....these are not linear @ all....quite a few more that I just didnt include here..I will @ a later date I just havent had time to really sketch out the rest of the sequnce.....hopefully I will get to soon..or lets be honest..one day
Everyone has been doing these great halloween themed drawings lately so I wanted to join the bandwagon... Just so happened I was asked to do a halloween flyer @ the same time..so it pushed me to finalize this very cartoony style funny zombie monkey...
I havent done anything in this style to full completion in a long time...so happy to have done it...
I continue to churn out these retro pin up girls...yes...we are all sick of them as the market is flooded w/them from the greats of Glines,Timm, Ragnar, and Del Carmen.... however, my fans still love these and I still love doing them....."I likey women a lot"
this was a sketch I did for the last page of David Colman's Doodles Vol. 1... I was happy enough w/the sketch that I decided to do a digital painting of it..... so here it is...I seem to sell a lot of prints of these...which inspires me to do more pieces on this scale and platform
I drew this while sitting @ my booth @ the San diego Con.... I love animals and I love drawing women too...so put those two together and this is what I get... pretty happy w/it overall...has some good things going on..
these are some morning warm up sketches from awhile back...along the same lines of the previous posts... These were inspired after watching King Arthur....not really a fan of the movie but great costumes and characters....
here are some of the other barbarians I started w/that kept me on the subject matter of my first post.... Like so many I am fan of medieval types,gladiators,etc...from the costumes to the archetypes...
hope you likey

Been sketching a lot of barbarians and goblins lately, so wanted to keep the same topic but try some diff styles...so this is a little more cartoon oriented and shows the elements of some recent heavy inspiration by my man cheeks....get some!
